I am an avid golfer, I’ve been hooked on playing this game since my middle school years and got on a high school golf team, then played all summer long in Jr golf competitions, then city championships then eventually after practicing crazy hours a day to work on my game, I now finally became what I always wanted…a weekend hack….?? For those of you who golf, you know exactly what I am talking about. When a kids, work, family among everything else in your life collide, competing for your time, first to go…is your golf game. And golf is a type of game that if you don’t keep up, it will humble you. Well….not just humble you, it will make a grown man cry in desperation, screaming out profanities throwing temper tantrums all over the place forcing you to finally end up in fetal position somewhere sucking your thumb and babbling crazy talk until you finally cry yourself to sleep.

But there’s always hope in golf, it’s what we call a “back 9”. No matter how many O.B.’s, splashes in the lake or that 4 strokes you took out of the deep bunker, when you step on the tee on the 10th hole (aka back 9), everything is new…a fresh start, a clean slate if you will.
